Liz Dumont is a fantastic trainer. In the past year, she has gently pushed me to get stronger and leaner- even through several injuries. Our flawless pivot to Zoom training has been very enjoyable, and her resourcefulness in utilizing my limited home equipment is terrific- I don’t miss going to the gym for one minute. Anyone who can get on Liz’s schedule is very lucky!

I have been working with Liz for the past 5 years.  During that time, injured my left knee while horseback riding.  One minuscus had failed and my knee was very unstable and painful.  After discussing my goals with Liz, we began working on my knee, my balance, endurance, strength and overall mobility.  Live sessions over Zoom helped me to stay focused on exercising at home during the pandemic.  Today, I was happy to tell Liz that after getting up and down from our farm tractor numerous times yesterday, my knee feels GREAT!  Thanks so much, Liz, for getting me pain free!- Diane

After-190 lbs lost!
8 years ago I started my journey to become healthy.  Before I began working with Liz I did not realize how my quality of life had deteriorated.  I couldn't carry my 8 month old nephew up the steps and I was tired all the time.  Since working with Liz I have increased my strength and stamina.  I really believe that my continued workouts with Liz have enabled me to keep off my 190 lb weight loss.  If you need a great trainer, cheer leader and friend, check out Liz's services
