The Trilogy Approach

At Trilogy, we believe that an integrative approach to behavior change is the ONLY way to succeed long term.  Long term weight loss an optimal wellness are achieved through an equal focus on how we eat, move and think.  At Trilogy we find that seminars and workshops provide a fun, transformational means to teaching behavior change.  Participants learn from our fun, creative programs and from each other!  In addition to being more effective and FUN, workshops provide a great deal of value and are more affordable than working with each of the three experts individually.   At Trilogy we get results.  Our participants experience real long-term success from the tools

1. Enlighten:
In this first step, we arm you with new and compelling information.  As the saying goes, when you know better, you do better.  But, also, studies show new knowledge often motivates people into action.  So this  ENLIGHTEN step is designed to ready you for action.
2. Embrace:
​​The second step  builds on your new knowledge.  We teach you lots of new skills that will help you EMBRACE a new way of thinking and being.

3. Inspire:
The third step is all about putting everything you learned in steps 1 and 2 into action!  We help you commit your new knowledge and skills into habits and INSPIRE YOU on to a new healthy and active lifestyle.
